  I don't think the staff is friendly at all or prompt at returning calls! We are from the Toledo area & our daughter had surgery 7/19/17. We were discharged on 7/21/17. Really unclear about arrangements at home & I've attempted to call the office numerous times only to receive a constant busy signal! When I finally did get through on Monday 7/24/17 the nurse said she hadn't been on the phone for two hours-so she did not know why it would be busy!! When I finally spoke to her about our daughters issues & concerns from the surgery on Monday she said she'd send a message to Dr. Goodwin. Finally on Wednesday after not hearing back from the office (2 days) I called back. Her response was "oh he didn't call you?!" No!! Nobody called us! So the aftercare of surgery basically stinks! Your child is just another one on the assembly line! As of Thursday we have gotten no returned calls about any of our concerns or issues! Very upsetting!! We transferred to Cleveland Clinic hoping to get better results than here at home. I do however think Dr. Goodwin is an excellent surgeon & he himself is very kind & patient when it comes to explaining things. I give him 5 stars-staff 2.
