  I was diagnosed with Graves' Disease by a fine endocrine surgeon at Cleveland Clinic after years of suffering from what they called Hashimotos disease. He is only a surgeon so he assigned me Dr. Skugor to look after me. I live in upstate NY and have to travel almost 5 hours to see him which I am more than willing to do seeing I also have my gynecologist there Dr. Margery Gass. I was told by Skugor not to come in in the past 24 months because I am in remission. So I emailed him to get a lab slip to go check my thyroid panel. A few months ago I had been in the emergency room with terrible pain. They took my blood as routine (I ended up with kidney stones) and said my thyroid was "off." When I emailed him to get a requisition he refused because he said I was not seen in his office for 2 years. rightly so but this WAS HIS DECISION NOT MINE. I had contacted him because I have Graves' and said do you want me to come in and he said "No that won't be necessary." So this is a trap to get rid of me as far as I am concerned. HE IS NOT A WARM AND FUZZY DOCTOR. Cold and calculating. And I am very disappointed in him that is why I am writing this review. I will now find another endocrinologist. I had to go see my primary care today who took this seriously and is now sending me to the hospital for tests. This doctor Skugor does not CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.
