  I was told by a letter my policy would be ending as of Sept. 1 I called and paid Sept frist but it was already pending cancellation Because the policy eneded as of September 1 but to reinstate it had to be paid on 31st of August. Letter was never received wen I called all they could say it's its there option to change and charge what they can. Also I was told the bill would be 281.xx a month for to trucks and then I got my bill and it was 311.21 and when I called and tired to understand I was told it was an istallment fee put me on hold for 1-2 min in reality it was more like 15 and then came back and put me on another 1-2 min hold which was another 10 min and finally cane back with the same answer and installment fee she couldn't explain. Then when I asked her how much my bill was I was told it would be 281 and I said no because the ivr says that its 261.xx I have never hated a company so much and be treated so unfairly when they tell you how much a bill is it should stand not turn around two days later and increase. I have worked for cx service for 7+yes and if I had a cx who called in with frustration as I did I would have credit something but all I get is apology but that doesn't help when I'm trying to budget I will never go with foremost/bristol west again the only reason. We are "there" customers is because we were with 21st century for 6 1/2 yrs and they dropped us Because they were loosing money exepct in Hawaii and Alaska they only kept this customers. But when our policy renewal comes around I'm dropping foremost like hotcakes WORDT COMPANY EVER if I has a choice there wouldnt be a star but they made me put on
