  Excellent staff, personalized care. We have been patients of Dr. Kriwinsky and Dr. Reyes for over 12 years with 3 children. They provide a kind of medical care that is rare in today's complicated, high-cost, urgent care, web MD medical system. From ALWAYS same day sick-visits with our own doctor, to 24 hour asthma treatment/monitoring that kept our son out of the NICU and in-office treatments for a minor injuries and broken bones, we have avoided many trips to the ER because of their excellent skills and support. While they don't compromise on what they think is best, they also respectfully listen to and address my questions about treatment options when I have them. Brenda (billing) is wonderful and thorough - exactly what a small business owner needs to stay in business. If they charge for paperwork, etc. it's because that's the cost of being an independent practitioner who won't let pharmaceutical companies and hospital mega-systems dictate the care they provide.

  The billing and coding person, Brenda, does not know how to do her job correctly and has a very bad attitude. They billed my underage daughter. Furthermore, the office is not friendly: They don't want to help or return your phone calls. They charge for every possible paper that you could need, including a sports physical.
